We are 3 professional & mature couples whom all enjoyed our 4 night stay in this lovely & comfortable house. We all love cooking and we’re delighted to find everything re utensils we required. Great location too as short walk to great coffee @ Epicurean and Red Hill shops, which also sells excellent produce. Each couple planned a daily activity which worked superbly as the area boasts wonderful wineries, walks, bike rides etc .. We all would recommend Lynden House highly!

5 people came up for a wedding and stayed at Lynden House and we found the place to be cosy and spacious. It's close to restaurants and wineries and the property is well maintained.

Lynden House delivers as the perfect character home in the Red Hill area. We were a group of 3 generations from 3 cities across Australia, reuniting for Easter in this beautiful location. We enjoyed the wineries, towns, beaches and walks across the area from Flinders to Sorrento to Red Hill and when we weren't out exploring the sights, sounds, tastes and smells of this region we were comfortably relaxing at home at Lynden House, eating lunch in the warm sunshine on the deck, having sunset drinks on the back deck overlooking the pool and onto the vineyard, trying to solve one of the many jigsaw puzzles in the house, or curled up in front of the fire reading books. A perfect family Easter weekend.

Lynden house is perfectly situated if you wish to get out and about and explore all that red hill has to offer. Within walking distance of the 'Epicurean' and Red Hill south shops. The setting is very relaxing with a pleasant outlook over the pool and the neighbouring property's vineyard. The property is directly behind the Red Gum BBQ so you do get the odd waft of smoke and music through the garden but by no means does this detract from the experience. If you have young children as we do, they will love the elevated cubby house and the pool which was warm and clean and easy to supervise. The house is well presented and clean and exactly as it looks in the photos. Great place to stay for a long weekend.
