If you’re visiting the Mornington Peninsula and looking for a getaway where you can park your car and walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and cafes, this is the spot for you.

This holiday home is full of charm. Recently renovated but still maintaining the history of the home with high ceilings, timber french doors opening to rear covered deck and original timber windows with operating louvre doors.
As you enter you feel the warmth with polished floorboards, a large cosy couch a place to sit and relax, open the french doors to bring the outside in or on a cold night light the fire and relax with a book. This home has ducted refrigerated heating and cooling system so you’ll always feel comfortable no matter what time of the year.

The lounge leads through to a fully renovated kitchen designed for people who love to cook, with walk in pantry, induction cooktop, dishwasher and electric wall oven. This is also a great spot to gather to chat about your day, sit around the island bench and enjoy a wine or venture outside through the sliding doors to the private sunny area with the outdoor setting that seats up to 8.

The second living area is a great room for the kids with Smart TV (netflix using your own login), a long couch for them to spread out and french doors opening to verandah allowing fresh air to flow through the room. This area is part of the original home and also has a guest toilet located off the hallway near the entry, guest bedroom with Queen bed and french doors opening to a verandah.

In the new section of the home you’ll find the Master bedroom tucked away with King size bed, walk in robe and ensuite with large shower, dual basin and toilet hidden behind a half wall. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are set up the same each with a Tri-bunk (Queen & King Single). Main bathroom is nicely appointed with shower, bath, vanity and toilet. Laundry is located off the kitchen and has a Bosch washing machine and dryer.

The Village of Flinders and beyond has a range of amenities and attractions to suit all types of breaks. If you enjoy paddle boarding, surfing, scuba diving, fishing or rock pools these are all activities you can enjoy in the area. Why not have a round of golf or visit one of the local markets then enjoy a meal at one of the many wineries, restaurants or cafes only a short drive away.
