Superb house for a Summer holiday

Keating Views is in a wonderful location on the top of a hill with beautiful sea views from the pool and deck area, kitchen, meals and living room. Koonya Ocean Beach is only a 5-minute walk away but unfortunately this beach is too dangerous to swim in. The bay beach is still close enough to walk to but is more like 10 to 15 minutes away. The real hero of this property is the pool, spa and deck area. We found we really didn't want to leave it to go to the beach. The layout of the house is terrific for families with teenage children and their friends. The parent’s area on the top level is very separate from the kid’s area on the lower level giving everyone space to enjoy their holiday. The table tennis table in the kids lounge area was a big hit and this room opened directly onto the level of the pool deck. The house has everything that you could need from boogie boards to board games. The only negative about this property is that is does require a fair amount of maintenance. The bathroom basin is cracked, you can't open the front windows because they are warped, the railing on the deck is deteriorating and not very safe. The bathroom in the kids’ level is also in very poor condition without even a proper shower screen. Overall though we could overlook these flaws because the benefits of staying in this house outweighed the negatives
