Our family of five plus Au pair enjoyed 3 weeks of summer in this lovely home just a seconds walk from Portsea Quarantine. We have a young family so this location was perfect for walks and bike rides and a short walk to the best beach in the area. Beautifully sheltered and crystal clear water. The home is very cosy, has many areas and sleeps 4 kids in bunks with a trundle for two more. There is also a master bedroom with spacious ensuite, a twin room and a further queen bed as well, all with ample storage The gardens are pretty and well maintained and wrap around the house allowing plenty of light the internal courtyard is also a nice focal point. Their are a number of living rooms, however the more recently renovated living room/ rumpus is a great space to watch a movie or play games. The kitchen is functional and has a useful pop up window so if you’re entertaining it’s great to have this open if you have friends on the deck. Marie is a lovely hostess and we would recommend this home to small groups and large families who enjoy a traditional ‘Portsea Style’ beach home. Richard and Amie
