Direct access to Arthur's Seat State Park, where you can see and enjoy the local wildlife. There is also a basketball court (half size)for the kids to practice their hoops.

Upstairs you will find the spacious master bedroom with en-suite, second spacious queen size room, study/office with two trundle beds for extra guests, a central powder room and an elevated circular spa. The main living and kitchen areas are also located upstairs. The living areas have huge double glazed windows to appreciate the stunning uninterrupted bay views. The spacious kitchen complete with stone bench-tops and butlers pantry also allows the chef of the family to enjoy the stunning views. gas operated pizza oven.

Downstairs there are a further two queen size bedrooms with a central bathroom. The house has ducted refrigerated cooling and ducted heating making it comfortable all year round.

The gas heated indoor swimming pool has big glass doors opening to a magnificent outdoor area with breathtaking views. Enjoy swimming all year round.

Please note this property has a long steep driveway but has recently been resurfaced as is very easy to drive on! Sedans are ok to drive on it.
