Ideal Location
We enjoyed our 3 week stay during summer. A 15 minute walk or a short drive to the Rye bay beach and shops makes it an ideal location. The house is a fairly basic holiday house with all you need for a great stay including plenty of crockery and utensils for cooking. 4 bedrooms have 3 comfortable double beds, but the 3 singles are suitable for children only, with one extremely uncomfortable, There is a huge back yard and plenty of off road parking for cars. I highly recommend staying here.
