A main living area includes a stunning, fully appointed kitchen to get creative or sit and chat. A large dining table comfortably seats 8. The sunken living area invites you to flop in comfy leather chairs and sofa and includes a feature wood burning fireplace and discreet tv.
A sliding door to a central courtyard extends the indoor- outdoor living where a covered deck includes a large square table and gas bbq.
The accommodation includes three comfortable bedrooms. A large master suite has a king size bed, views of the rear garden and bathroom overlooking a private courtyard. A second light filled bedroom has a queen bed and a family room has 2 bunk beds.
A second living area with large tv and a reading room/study offer space to hideaway and relax.
Zoned central heating and cooling and two wood burning fireplaces (indoor and outdoor) provide easy control of temperature and the option for cosy comfort.
A private secure garden, bocce pit and outdoor games room (table football & dart board) provide plenty of ways to let off steam.
Arrive, settle in and relax, with only a short walk to the village, kids park, beach and golf course.

Wonderful architectural design home - clever & great layout.
Every convenience is carefully thought out - very relaxing & perfect location to beach, shops & cafes. Nice garden area & undercover seating on the deck. One hour from Melbourne - great beach escape & grateful my pet dog could join me too. Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful home.

As soon as we arrived, the place exceeded our expectations.
I knew it was going to be beautiful based on the photos, but was blown away when we drove into the drive away. The house was so spacious and comfortable with great living zones and so beautifully designed. Loved the kitchen and living area and bbq area which we made use of on the sunny days. The view of the golf and ocean were incredible, waking up to that view each morning was so worth it. The location was excellent as it was behind the park and not on the main road, yet so close to the village.
Would definitely like to stay here again with my family as it was the best weekend we've had away for a long time!

A very liveable house with some lovely architecture and design features & a great overall layout. The garden/outdoor areas were a beautiful extension of the living spaces (even in late autumn) and there was an ease in the whole experience between indoors and outdoors and the natural light that entered the interior. This house is incredible, it has everything you could need for a weekend away with family or friends. This is my second time staying here and I find it so relaxing. Perfect for outdoor BBQs with friends and enjoying the surrounds of Flinders during the day.
