Sit and relax while enjoying the expansive views across the golf course where you even get a glimpse of Bass Strait. A family home with a combined kitchen living area, furnished with retro furniture and views of the Golf Course from all windows. The kitchen is a place to gather to prepare meals with dishwasher, double electric oven (including grill) gas hotplates and Nespresso Coffee machine. The bedrooms are located at the front of the house, master bedroom has Queen size bed, en-suite and TV, bedroom two a Queen and the third bedroom 3 Singles. Main bathroom is off the hallway with walk in shower, toilet and vanity.

Set up for entertaining the courtyard is in the centre of the home and protected from wind yet captures beautiful sunshine, it's a spot to enjoy a family BBQ. The combined lounge and dining room are centrally located where you can simply sit and watch TV by the gas log fire, read a book or sit and enjoy the golfers at play. The formal table seats up to 10, ideal for a family meal.

The local recreational reserve is only a few minutes walk where the kids can enjoy the play equipment with slide and swings, there's also a basketball court for the older ones and seats for the parents to sit while they keep an eye on the kids. Time for coffee? Pop over to one of the Cafes or General Store where you find an assortment of breads, deli items and all the essentials you need.

Explore the Peninsula - whether you dine in the hinterland wineries or restaurants, play a round of golf, visit farm gates to taste local cheese, chocolates, fresh berries, be adventurous at Enchanted Adventure Garden, Ashcombe Maze and Lavender Gardens or Here's Cheers at one of the local breweries - St Andrews Beach Brewery, Mornington Peninsula to list a couple.
