Renovated holiday home, set on five acres in the heart of wine country on the Mornington Peninsula.
The house is a single story, has four bedrooms, sleeps up to 10 guests, has a solar heated pool, and views across Western Port Bay. Outdoor games include; Badminton, Basketball hoop and Volleyball.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, a dishwasher, a microwave and a Nespresso pod coffee machine. There are two separate living areas with couches and TV in each. The large living area features a reverse cycle air conditioner, smart tv, DVD, and Morso cast iron wood heater in the other living room.
The solar-heated pool has security fencing, lounges, umbrella, and the ample lawns are suitable for badminton, volleyball and basketball. Bring your cricket bat, croquet set or soccer ball, as there is room for all games.
Cook up a feast with the outdoor pizza oven and undercover bbq.
Bedding Configurations: sleeps ten guests (6-8 Adults, four children).
Room 1 - Master King Bed with ensuite, incl. shower, bath, toilet, WIR, and overlooks pool view.
Room 2 - Queen Bed with garden view
Room 3 - Queen Bed with garden view
Room 4 - Twin single bunks (4 children).
Family Bathroom with shower and toilet

We appreciate that pets are part of the family and welcome your furry friends - an additional pet levy applies -but ask that they are fully house-trained and past the 'puppy' chewing stage. The property is not fully fenced, and the neighbours have alpacas.
This property is ideal for a family wanting some space. It's only a five-minute drive to the beautiful Point Leo Beach. Close to central Red Hill, you can enjoy a meal at The Epicurean, Many Little, and Red Gum BBQ. Why not visit Arthurs Seat Eagle, get lost at the Enchanted Adventure Garden or visit Montalto and wander along the Sculpture Trail? Whatever you decide to do, this is an excellent spot for a getaway.

Open spaces.
My friends and I loved our stay at this property. Lovely, open space. Great fire pit. Comfortable beds. We also really enjoyed hitting the badminton around. The pool was heated however weather was a bit cool so we didn't use it as much as we'd hoped. Would definitely book again.

A place the makes it hard to leave.
Great property, the space was so welcoming, and there were so many things to do at the house. The block is enormous and comes with a fire pit, wood fire pizza oven, basketball hoop, and an amazing pool. A great destination for our group and the three little kids with us loved every minute.

The perfect family holiday house near the beach!
This was the perfect family holiday house and location. We normally head up to Queensland every January, but with all the border restriction uncertainties we decided to stay in Victoria and were so happy we chose this property. We are a family of 6 and this house was perfect inside and out. All the older kids had a room to themselves and the younger ones enjoyed sharing the bunk beds, and the parent's room was perfect with an ensuite and adjoining sitting/tv room. The property was enormous, perfectly sized and very clean, and everyone enjoyed the grass area and exploring the 5 acres. The fireplace and chairs made for a great spot to stop and talk without tv or devices. And, the heated pool was just perfect. It got used from first thing after breakfast to a dip most nights after BBQ dinners. The property is on a quiet street with lovely neighbours. We enjoyed the walk (~4km return) into Red Hill village most mornings, and Shoreham Beach was only a 7min drive away. As a family, we have used RT Edgar for many many years and stayed at so many beautiful properties, but this one is by far the best we have ever stayed at. Cannot recommend it more highly. Thank you.

Relaxation Mode!
We absolutely loved our stay. The house was warm with the fireplace and the heating, and the two living rooms were perfect when wanting to chill out in two different spaces. The dogs loved the expansive property and the opportunity to explore, and we loved being able to get out of town, enjoy an ocean view, walk every day, and make the most of the location. We will be back!
