Upper floor - offers two Queen beds, one positioned in open retreat space, walk through WIR, powder room, chez lounge, plus one Queen room walks through the exterior balcony.

The private, rear fully decked pool with an umbrella contain under the exterior lounge and spa are great for hot summer days lazing around in the sun. Throw some snags on the Weber BBQ, relax and unwind without getting sand between your toes. The kids will be entertained all day.

Rolig is well-positioned where you can walk to the beach in 15 minutes or drive to Point Leo Estate in 2 minutes. The closest shopping is either Flinders, Red Hill or Balnarring.
