The private, rear fully decked pool with umbrella contain under exterior lounge and spa are great for hot summer days lazing around in the sun. Throw some snags on the Weber BBQ, relax and unwind without getting sand between your toes. The kids will be entertained all day.

Rolig is well-positioned where you can walk to the beach in 15 minutes or drive to Point Leo Estate in 2 minutes. The closest shopping is either Flinders, Red Hill or Balnarring.
