Holiday Farm House in Merricks
Great spot for a rural family getaway but still close to Merricks General Store, Pt Leo Estate, Pt Leo surf beach or Surf Lifesaving Club. On arrival you meander along the drive, this is where you can start to relax, drive past the cattle grazing in the paddocks or water birds around the fenced dam. Drive over the cattle grid, park and unpack.
This holiday home is well designed with the Parent Retreat and children's room at one end including separate bathroom and split cooling and heating system (1 & 5th bedroom in this area) formal lounge & dining with access to large deck with outdoor setting where you can relax with a glass of wine, Centrally located is a well appointed kitchen and combined living which is a great spot for the family to gather with an combustible fire place.
Place for those chilly nights or wander out on to the deck and enjoy the rural views.
The bedroom wing can be closed off from the living which is great for kids to enjoy their space. In this section there are 3 more bedrooms, family bathroom (incl. bath), laundry and 3rd toilet.
There's also lots of room for the kids to play outside including a cubby built around a tree! If you're after somewhere quiet and enjoy rural living, book now!
