With a floor plan facilitating indoor and outdoor connectivity, the home’s charming provincial inspired kitchen is central to a spacious living and dining zone with wood fire and a separate multi-purpose living room. Highlighted by the enduring charm of French doors, a wide, overlooks vast and verdant lawns, encircled by pristine gardens extending to a stone-walled firepit.

The Gables was purchased in 2016 as vacant land and has since been transformed into a residential haven surrounded by native vegetation and the beautiful amenity of rural Flinders life. The house was completed in 2020 and features five bedrooms, two bathrooms with en-suites and a family bathroom, plus a powder room for the main living area.
The house is constructed using Silvertop Ash, sourced from the Gippsland region of Victoria, and the owners selected this material to blend in with the natural environment over time to allow the dwelling to sit subtly within the landscape. Where possible, natural finishes have been utlisied including stone, engineered oak flooring and wool carpets to create a sense of warmth and earthiness for instant relaxation.
