Downstairs comprises of large open plan kitchen with devine butlers pantry, huge island bench and dining table for 10. This opens out to a large deck with outdoor hanging chairs, lounge and market umbrella overlooking a rustic fire pit (the garden is rustic and a little work still to do).
Relax in one of three lounge areas; On the ground level, the "snug" has two big, soft, comfy couches with a large flat screen TV, is the perfect way to relax after a hard morning of surfing, swimming or walking. The light and bright family loungeroom, with second dining area, overlooks the rear deck and garden area. The enormous master bedroom is the only bedroom downstairs with spacious ensuite inlcuding a bath.
The upstairs landing area is the perfect kids "chill space" with bean bags and Playstation & TV. The balance of the sleeping area is also upstairs with one Queen room with ensuite bathrooom, second and third Queen bedrooms and one single room (with extra trundle if required) all share a large family bathroom.
